SHIHAN PAUL FOUNDER – SHIRUDO
SHIHAN Paul is the founder of the Shirudō-ryū Martial Arts Academy Australia and is currently ranked 6th Dan.
Shirudō-ryū (Shirudo) is an internationally registered and recognised Martial Art style and is a member of the peak bodies Martial Arts Australia and The International Martial Arts Alliance.
SHIHAN Paul has internationally recognised Dan Black Belt rankings in the Japanese martial art of Karate.
SHIHAN Paul was awarded 1st Dan Black Belt from Korean grand master of Han Mu Do a Korean martial art that blends Taekwondo and Hapkido
SHIHAN Paul has also trained in many other martial arts such as Kung Fu, Aikido, Kickboxing, Boxing and Okinawan Weapons (Kobudō)
SHIHAN Paul is internationally qualified Instructor who has competed in State, National and International tournaments. He is also a qualified tournament referee.
SHIHAN Paul has been learning and developing his Martial Arts for over thirty five years and he is extremely passionate about teaching and passing on the mental and physical health benefits of Martial Arts.
SHIHAN Paul strongly believes Martial Arts, Health and Fitness education should be part of everyone’s life. He is very committed to providing opportunities for communities to learn what he believes are important life skills, regardless of background, age or ability.
